Shipping and Returns

We strive to provide our community with the best possible online shopping experience, and we partner with the freight companies that allow us to achieve the most efficient delivery times possible.

Headskinz is based in Moorabbin (Victoria, Australia) and is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. We process and dispatch all orders on the next business day from date of order (excl public holidays). We will send you an email immediately after your order is placed to confirm your purchase, and will send a second email on the day we dispatch your order. Note – sometimes these emails find their way into the spam folder, so please be sure to check there.

All orders have a tracking number that we keep on record and can be provided upon request or as required.

This provides a store credit, an exchange or a refund should you not be satisfied with our products, as well as on the unlikely situation that they arrive damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied. Our only request is that you contact us immediately upon receiving your order.

Return Policy: We accept returns within 14 days of shipping.
