Headskinz is based in Moorabbin (Victoria, Australia) and is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. We process and dispatch all orders on the next business day from date of order (excl public holidays). We will send you an email immediately after your order is placed to confirm your purchase, and will send a second email on the day we dispatch your order. Note – sometimes these emails find their way into the spam folder, so please be sure to check there.
All orders have a tracking number that we keep on record and can be provided upon request or as required.
Australian Orders
- We offer free delivery on all orders over $50.00, and a flat rate of $4.95 on orders below $50.00.
- Standard Post lead time is normally around 5-7 business days within Australia (using Aust Post).
- We also offer the option of Express Post (2-3 business days) at a discounted additional cost. This can be selected as an option at checkout.
- We also offer the option of Click and Collect for anyone that would like to pick up their order from our warehouse in Moorabbin Victoria. Simply select the “Click & Collect” shipping option at check out, and we will have your order ready for pick up on the next business day by 2pm. Headskinz Click and Collect address is 15 Cochranes Rd, Moorabbin, Vic 3189.
New Zealand Orders
- Lead time is normally around 7-10 business days using Australia Post.
- A flat postage fee of $15.00 (AUD) applies on all orders (any product, any quantity)
International Orders
- We deliver to over 200 countries across the world including USA, Canada, UK, Asia, NZ and in Europe.
- Lead time is normally around 15-28 business days depending on the destination country.
- A flat postage fee of $20.00 (AUD) applies on all orders (any product, any quantity)
- Delivery method: DHL International or Australia Post.

This provides a store credit, an exchange or a refund should you not be satisfied with our products, as well as on the unlikely situation that they arrive damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied. Our only request is that you contact us immediately upon receiving your order.
Return Policy: We accept returns within 14 days of shipping.
